[Nagios-devel] status.cgi - get rid of guessing initial status

Hi all.
status.cgi often shows 100% undetermined if everything is OK, and
doesn't really show reliable output if things haven't changed in a while.
Would this problem be solved if service-statuses were flushed to log at
each log-rotation (to the new file, not the 'old')?
I'd be happy to implement it (I'm thinking state-retention flushing
function can be used for this with minor simple hacking) if I know it works.
