Good morning,

Just need to clarify something.

In the documentation it is stated that "If a host check command for a
remote host returns a non-OK state, Nagios will "walk" the depency tree" (
http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/ ... ility.html
).

My question is this: Does Nagios check parents as soon as it gets the
first non-OK state from a host or does it perform max_check_attempts first
and then "walk" the dependency tree?

thanks in advance,
dean
