can i remove a device after it was added in the monitoring wizard
and if so what is the steps

Typically the monitoring wizard adds a host and a selection of services. You'll need to access the Core Config Manager, go to the "Services" page, and do a filtered search for all of the services from that host. "Select all" and delete those services, then access the "hosts" page and delete the host. Here's some more on host management info if you're interested.
