I am on rc1 yes. The really weird thing here is that I can't reproduce
it now. Perhaps it has to do with load. I started up nagios with fully
350 services to monitor that It had to query right off the bat. It's
been up for a while no and is pretty stable atm. I'm scanning the logs
and don't see either message and I doubt that it was because of some
change that I made. I'll keep an eye on it

Are you running 3.0rc1? The second item sounds like a bug that was=20
fixed in the rc1 release.
