[Nagios-devel] Bug...no...Brandon is a moron!!! Was: BUG: Current Attempt Wrong (right now)

Post by Guest »

Ok, checked some more, it seems that maybe the checks and notifications for the
Host aren't going out cause the host is down...so I started looking into why
I'm not getting notified for the host being down...I see this in the logs:

[1037732249] HOST ALERT: sjftpint01;DOWN;HARD;3;CRITICAL - Plugin timed out
after 10 seconds
[1037732250] HOST NOTIFICATION: knitterb;sjftpint01;DOWN;host-notify-by-
epager;CRITICAL - Plugin timed out after 10 seconds
[1037732251] HOST NOTIFICATION: knitterb;sjftpint01;DOWN;host-notify-by-
email;CRITICAL - Plugin timed out after 10 seconds

So I see that it's seeing the host as being down, yet I have not received any
emails. Hmmm, oh, and lookie here, bounces....DUH!!!!!!
