Ethan - any way of introducing a cfg_file parameter into cgi.cfg that the
monitoring core could safely ignore, but could be used for UI/reporting
related data

contact info - customers / view only / no notification /etc
SLA info -

Hope to have something like that to dump raw data for post processing -
csv, pdf, etc. ( sometime in may...)
