check_oracle_health

Hello, I'm french so sorry for my english.
I use nagios to monitor an oracle base. I downloaded the check_oracle_health plugin and I've installed correctly. It's works in a terminal but no by the web interface. I have an error : CRITICAL - cannot connect to BASE. install_driver(Oracle) failed: Can't load '/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/DBD/Oracle/Oracle.so' for module DBD::Oracle: libclntsh.so.11.1: Ne peut ouvrir le fichier d'objet partagé: Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi/DynaLoader.pm line 230.
However, when I don't specify the environment variables ORACLE_HOME and LD_LIBRARY_PATH, I've the same error in a terminal. But after, it's works in a shell but no in nagios.
How do I do ?

edit : I added the ORACLE_HOME in /etc/init.d/nagios file, and it's works !
