checking system status in XI tutorial

I'm trying to view the "checking system status in XI" tutorial. Each time I click on it I'm taken to a page stating I need to subscribe to "free library access". I have done this twice but the same page comes up each time. Anyone know why this is or where else I can find information/definitions for the status icons/processes.

Hmm, it may be you have to relog.

That link takes me to Free 1 year library access subscription as well. I've tried logging out and back in and restarted my browser. I've accepted the new subscription at least twice.

Have you ticked of the Free Subscription and chosen Get Now to enable?
