The command 'check_local_procs' actually requires 3 args, not 2, so the
code in services.cfg-sample is wrong:
check_command check_local_procs!150!200
it should read something like:
check_command check_local_procs!150!200!R,Z,S,RS,RSZDT
although I am not sure about the appropriate values in the last arg.
