Recommend a stable 24X7 alert system?

Hello Forum,

I was wondering if there is an add-on or a solution to forward (SELECTED) alert messages (Based on criteria) to a cell phone. We are looking to ramp up an 8-8pm RMS solution to a 24X7. People who will be supporting the nightly shift will receive the error codes to their cell phones. The challenge is that we have an all or nothing alert system (no robot) to filter out what was already sent out. The result is 200+ SMS messages per night :\

Any thoughts?

Cheers,

Mike

I believe most, if not all of this can be achieved through the use of notification settings and timeperiods, and escalations. I suggest taking a look at the following docs to see what settings can be put in place to achieve what you're looking for.
