Nagios Support Forum

During proof-reading of the german documentation I noticed that some options of nagios.cfg don't have defaults (log_service_retries and some others). To determine the default I looked at nagios.h which defines "0". Looking at the sample-config the value defaults to "1" so it may be better to give no default at all. Any recommendations?
