[Nagios-devel] Option to make hostgroups / contactgroups mandantory

May I suggest a compile-time option to make hosts not belongong
to hostgroups or any object not having a contact group an error
vs a warning? That will help people keep from tripping over
themselves and making a config that can't notify.
