I belive you would want to setup "Flexible" downtime,as opposed to the
default Fixed.

Set the Start and end time to your 2hr interval that the downtime may happe=

between,
Then set the Duration to the 5min (if it must be that tight,otherwise give =

but longer for the reboot.)
