I would avoid NSCA for everything except embedded appliances -
it has many limitations (cf. timestamp Problem).
We use bulk transfers with SSH or an Enterprise Service Bus nowadays.
Check out the ESB Presentation from Bernd Erk at the Open Source =
Monitoring Conference
this year (google for Bernd_Erk_ESB_02.pdf) for an example with Mule =
ESB.
