[Nagios-devel] Anyone know why disabled hosts and services are

Hi,
During another round of Nagios tuning we noticed this with Nagios
3.0.3 (seems to be the case in Nagios 3.2 as well).
We will likely patch this locally as latency (service latency
especially) is a key metric for us to determine when we are near
capacity and having service check latency times counted for checks
that are not scheduled to be checked gives a false impression of
latency as a whole
as .. they are not being checked.
Does anyone on this list know why disabled hosts and services would
count towards overall latency in Nagios? I did not see any comments
relating to a "why" in nagiostats.c.
