Feedback from setting up dashboards

Just wanted to give some feedback on my experience of setting up dashboards.
Been fiddling today setting up the dashboards for the screen rotation and I have found that everytime I add a dashlet to a dashboard the current screen goes to the top of the page. This is a bit of a pain when I have so many groups to weed through to add every dashlet.
Would also be good to have some kind of assistance to help arrange the the dashboard in a neat and tiday manner. Something like a light grey outline around existing dashlets when you are moving another one around so that you can align the tops of them in a straight line or a kind of snapping option when you drop one dashlet on top of another.
Don't get me wrong, I love the way that the dashboards can be customised so easily without having to enter in lines of code. It's nothing short of fantastic, it's just that I feel myself and my other users will waste so much time in getting the dashboards setup and looking professional.
