this question is more appropriately addressed to the nagios-plugins
development mailing list, which is different from this list. =20
but to answer your question quickly, it looks like ./configure did
not properly tell your plugins what directory the utils.pm library was
installed in. try the latest version in cvs as it might have a fix.
the next major release will have a reimplimentation of check_ntp in c,
but that won't be for a bit probably...
