[Nagios-devel] Two more small patches

I'm back!
Today I have two patches; one that makes passive service check results work
properly again - they used to forget the check output - and one that fixes my
buggy patch from SVN commit #2451 - making nagios shut down from attaching a
debugger is incredibly unhelpful.
