This is a plugin issue. I was discussing the nagios core deamon, which is
the scheduler that runs the plugins. Issues like this would best be vented
on the nagiosplugin-devel list, or by scouring the web for an OS X compatible
check_swap.

I'd suggest you disable notifications globally right now, since people
will otherwise get used to ignoring them. Then fix the problem and re-enable
them.

Considering the successes of the wars on alcohol, poverty, drugs and
terror, I think we should give some serious thought to declaring war
on peace.
