[Nagios-devel] Devel List Reply-To Settings Changed

FYI -
I just set the default reply-to options on the nagios-devel list to go
back to the list itself, rather than the individual poster. Makes the
most sense for 90% of all cases. If a poster isn't a regular
subscriber, they can always request copies of the response.
