Hi,

I have an issue where a server is showing a CRITICAL error but the facility to 'Acknowledge this service problem' is not displaying in the web interface.

What might cause this to happen?

Most likely your user does not have permissions to issue commands and/or you don't have the command cgi feature enabled.
