Script to check keyboard & mouse hang

Hello,
I would like to ask if anyone has tried to make a script for nagios to check if the remote system is experiencing keyboard and/or mouse hang. Let's say i'll use NSClient++ on a windows machine. Anyone have tried doing this before?
