Thanks! After finishing the manual, I can work on UI translation too. =

before I commit too much, let me finish things step by step.

When speaking to the nagios-i18n people, it may help them to know that
on sourceforge, it is possible to create CVS modules with write access
for different individuals, so it should be easy to create a module a
chinese translation that you could write to, without the possibility of
your accidentally stomping on the French translation work.
Also note that the plugins have been marked up for translation. We have
previously posted that we would like translators to step up to the plate
here, and the request still stands.
