[Nagios-devel] submitting arbitrary external commands through web

Hello list.
I'm quite sure I was able to submit arbitrary external commands to
nagios through web interface with an old version (2.0). I can't find
this anymore with the one I'm running now. I can start/stop the nagios
process, disable checks and notifications, etc..., but not send a custom
string to the external command file. Did I dreamt ?
