[Nagios-devel] Ohloh listing update

For those who care (ie use Ohloh), I updated the enlistments on the
Nagios project listing both to point at the new SVN instead of the
defunct CVS repositories and to add some portions of the repo that
weren't listed before. That should give us a more accurate reflection
of overall project activity, and acknowledge and include all of the
components of the project properly.
