Seems like Opera has a problem when trying to display the tac.cgi page with the
tag.
When the tag is located at the top the browser pushes the Tactical
Monitoring overview box about 100-150 pixels down with the result that you have
to scroll down in order to see the alert link.
The problem should be solved if the tag is moved to the end of the page
instead.
