Hello,

After installing manually Nagios XI version 2011r1.2, on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Client release 5.5 (Tikanga) I can see a message in a red bar on the top right corner of the Nagios XI web page saying "System problem: Performance Grapher is not running".
I went through few posts discussing similar issues but nothing helped to remove the message.
If I try to reload the service from Nagios web page I am getting a message: "an error occured procesing your request".
However what is interesting NPCD service is working and performance graphs are showing on. The only problem is the message and another issue which may be connected - Nagios Core Config Manager which is not showing on, but I already started separate thread for it.

Please see other post as it could be impacting several things.

I went through many posts which seemed related to my issue with no success so far.
The question is that despite service is working it is being reported as not running and attempt of starting it is unsuccessful with error message "an error occurred processing your request" which suggest that Nagios ca not run commands requested from web interface for some reason.

Sorry, I mean "see your other post". It will be better to troubleshoot from 1 thread.
