Acknowledgements and Comments

Is there a way that when an alert is Acknowled and Recovers the Acknowledgement history is still visible instead of being deleted /removed?
You will find a log of comments in --> Home --> Monitor Process --> Event Log.
Search for "ACKN" and you should see a list of the acknowledgements.
