VMware Monitoring Wizard

For all support requests, we need to know:
1.Linux Distribution and version? Unknown - used the prebuilt image
2.32 or 64bit? 32 bit
3.VMware Image or Manual Install of XI? VMware image
4.Are there specials configurations on your system, ie; is Gnome installed? Are you using a proxy? Are you using SSL? Proxy
5.**If you are encountering multiple issues that may not be related, start a thread for each issue. No.
I have read all of the posts on the issues when installing the WMware Monitoring Wizard and the SDK; however, I'm having a sightly different issue. Mine works and then it will stop and I will get the same message, "Error - It appears as though the VMware SDK has not yet been installed on your Nagios XI server. You must install the SDK before you are able to use this wizard."
When I first installed it, I was able to create a service for one guest VM, and then when I went to do the second one, I received this error I listed above. I did not mess with it any further on Friday. When I came back in today, Monday, I launched the wizard and it was working. I closed it out so I could get the information that I needed so I could create a new service, and then I received the error message again.
What would cause it to work and not work within a matter of seconds?
Thank you for your help.
