Performance Graphs

After updating to the latest version, my performance graphs are showing red x. I recall asking this question before, but for the life of me can't find when and where I asked it; or what the resolution is for it.

Any advice would be great!

I tried resetting the permissions by running:

/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/reset_config_perms

that did not change my situation.

I tried changing those lines in the config, but my graphs still do not show up.

Hello,
what version of Nagios XI are you using? This sounds like a bug from older releases or possibly a component or wizard bad install.

Ah, I realized I went back to a previous snapshot of nagios. That's how I got that old version. Now, I'm running:

Nagios XI 2011R1.1

I tried resetting the permissions thru the GUI again; and that got my graphs back up and running.

This issue can be closed.

Thanks...
