We are planning to have CPU load monitoring accountwise for application users.

Currently we are using uw option in check_cpu as below
command[check_CPU_utilization_iadmin]=/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_cpu.sh -uw iadmin -w 55 -c 60

Below is output
CPU_iadmin Ok 25m 33s 1/2 2013-10-18 11:28:07 CPU OK : user=1% system=2% iowait=0% idle=97%

Can you let us know if this is correct or suggest any more plugins if available

This looks perfectly fine. There may be additional plugins on the exchange for this, but as long as it suits your need this looks to be the ticket.
