escape_html_tag in Nagios 4.0

Hello
Today I upgraded from Nagios core 3.5.1 to Nagios core 4.0.1.
I discovered diferent behaviour of displaying plugin message in CGI.
All quotes and double quotes in plugin message are replaced with =" and '
This demages all my html links.
I have the nagios parameter escape_html_tag set to 0.
It will be great, if nagios 4.0 will not change my message.
