I have installed VM of Nagios IX , added smstools3 tool for sms alerts, Like to integrate the same with the Nagios ix but not bale to modify the command.cfg and contact.cfg
1)how would you add the the sms service provider based on the service provider in that country fro me it is india AIRTEL
2)required help or step how can i modify the existing .cfg file in Nagios IX for enabling sms alerts.

These can be done via the Configuration GUI. There may also be a way to use the config importer for tasks like this.
As for country specific configurations you may want to talk to some local Nagios Core users.
