Nagios MMS not being received by ATT Iphones

Up until recently we could sent Nagios alerts out out the system to our cell phones
using the mms.att.net address....
not they never arrive at the phones...we have traced them out of our system to ATT MX servers but they disappear there and ATT has been absolutely no help...
If I send to the MMS address from any other source workstation/server on our network or off our network...
the messages are received via mms...
so my question is ...
Is nagios xi formatting the alerts in some manner that ATT might be quarantining them or blocking them?

Does your XI server have an FQDN?

Yes we determined ATT had changed their support for corporate SMS accounts....Thanks for the pain ATT

I'm experiencing this same issue since the same time. I've actually finally got AT&T to get their engineers to contact me to see what's up. I'll keep you up to date on their findings.

Thank you for that. It's unfortunate that we can't do much about this on our end, but hopefully ATT will fix this soon.

isadmin, they're asking for phone numbers of other AT&T users affected. Do you possibly want to PM me so we can discus?

Or anyone else that may be experiencing this annoying issue.

I'm experiencing this as well. We are unable to use the mms gateway, only send SMS. This is a particular headache on iPhone devices where you have to delete each notification txt all by itself.
I can send an email from any other service on Earth to the mms gateway and I'll get it, but the Nagios messages go missing every single time.
It is my belief that AT&T is purposely filtering these messages out. How they're flagging them, I don't know, but I do believe AT&T is doing it on purpose.
I'd be interested to hear if anyone is able to get this resolved...

I do know that last year they were filtering messages without the mms tag, I'm not sure if that is what is happening here, being with another carrier I don't have a decent way to test this. Perhaps someone else here uses ATT.
