getting error while doing nagios upgrade

we are getting below error while doing nagios upgrade
please suggest

This system is not registered to Red Hat Subscription Management.
Is your system registered with Red Hat?

Actually this looks like yum is having an issue accessing your internal repos. Can you do a yum update successfully?

This issue is resolved.the server is located in private network space and we used tunnel to connect and update it.

You may close this too.
