Integration problem in nagios cacti

Hello everyone,
That part of my project graduation, I have to install a system of monitoring and measuring performance, my choice that is wearing on Nagios, Cacti, Ntop, my Constrain is to have a single interface Web to manage it all.
My work environment is as follows:
Machine Primary: WS2008 R2 with Hyper-V
-3 virtual machines: Ubuntu server
first hosted virtual machine Cacti + Plugins
hosted virtual machine second Nagios + ndodb
Last virtual machine NTOP
Cacti on my interface I managed to install plugins for NTOP without problem but when I want to install NPC (For Cacti Nagios) I hit a wall.
My first question: Is it possible to install NPC in my setup, because the various tutorials that I have been able to find a facility shows all of cacti and nagios on the same position as can be seen this screen:

Second question: how do I do to install NPC with my setup? if you have any links or experience simillaire, I thank you in advance, cordially Damien I am available if you need more precision
