nsclient++ does a pretty good job of monitoring just about anything you might need in a Windows environment. Check it out:

And for future reference, the posts on the forum are sorted by time with oldest appearing first in our queue. Bumping your post brings it to the bottom of our list.

As I said in my last post, nsclient++ is a great solution for monitoring a Windows machine.

You will need to install that on your Windows 2012 server and configure it to use the CheckCounter. Directly from the page:
Used to check performance counters. This is probably how most things can be checked as there are a lot of performance counters. To find performance counters, use the program perfmon that is shipped with windows. You can list all available performance counters using the listpdh option as shown in the examples below.
