How to restore Trends after rename the host on nagios core?
ie:) I have to change the host_name in switch.cfg without any changes in history.

The "trends" graph pulls from the logs. As you changed the name of the host, it is no longer found in the logs. You would need to replace all instances/mentions of the old hostname in the logs with the new hostname.
