Statusmap not showing Nagios 4.0.1

Hi all,

I had just updated Nagios from 3.x.x to 4.0.1. After upgrading, Status Map wasn't working and replied with error "You have not supplied any host drawing coordinates, so you cannot use this layout method. Read the FAQs for more information on specifying drawing coordinates or select a different layout method." The status map was previously working fine. Upon checking online, I found this fix: http://sourceforge.net/p/nagios/nagiosc ... 112d4b936/.

I've proceed to apply the fix, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone advise?

Thank you very much in advance.

How did you go about changing this? Did you just drag and drop so to speak, or did you re-compile?

Hi,

I've recompiled as stated in this website: http://www.hangelot.eu/?p=411&lang=en.

I am able to view other modes (Circular and etc). I am only seeing the error when the layout is changed to User-supplied coords.

Thank you.

Hi,

Yes, I am still having issue indeed. When the layout is being set to "User specified coords", the error message of "You have not supplied any host drawing coordinates, so you cannot use this layout method. Read the FAQs for more information on specifying drawing coordinates or select a different layout method." appears. I had my switch.cfg exactly the same as the one I used in version 3.x.x. But the layout just doesn't show up after the upgrade and fix applied. I need some help here.

Thank you.
