Hello:
I need to open a ticket to validate that packet loss causes Nagios on our server
Where can I do it?

We use Nagios Core.

But you are still a customer, correct? If you pay for ticketing support, you should be able to still send to
[email protected]. Go ahead and try, and I will let you know if it hits the ticketing system.
