Hello,
We are currently setting up Nagiox XI and are facing a litte 'problem' atm.
If there is a problem with a host, for example WEBSERVER01, we receive notifications in our mailbox from '[email protected]'.
We want to change this email for all hosts to '[email protected]'.
How do we do that?
Thanks.
Cédric

Re: Change notification email
You can change this at:
Admin > Manage Email Settings
Admin > Manage Email Settings
Re: Change notification email
There we have: Nagios XI <[email protected]> but the mails doesn't come from that mail address.
Re: Change notification email
Are you using the core notification handlers for some of your contacts? Go to --> CCM --> Contacts --> Click one of the contacts in question --> Alert settings --> What is set for "Manage Host/Service Notification Commands"?

notify-host-by-email and notify-service-by-email
Re: Change notification email
Those are the core notification handlers. You may need to set an FQDN on the server in order to get past spam filters/relay restrictions. Are you sending to an smtp relay?
