Add the ability to acknowledge and comment on alerts in the Operations Center screen like traditional screens found in Netcool, HP OV, and so on. I think that would rock.

Though it is meant as more of a static NOC screen I could see this being appealing, would you mind adding this as a feature request at:

tracker.nagios.com

I will also add it internally on our in-house tracker.

Are you looking for a way to possibly click through the objects on that page into their details page's where you can control them?
