After upgrade NAgiosXi to version 2012R2.5 users using IE 8 and 9 are complaining about a really short timeout (around one minute of inactivity log you off). The Version is working fine with Chrome and Firefox.

Is this every user that is using IE 8 or 9? I am not able to reproduce this issue right now, but I will keep trying.

At least all users using 8 are reporting the same problem (including my PC)

Are you running IE in compatibility mode?

I am not sure why the timeout has changed in IE 8 & 9 after an upgrade. You may try to modify the keep-alive time-out value in IE and see if this is going to help.

sorry by the delay, I came back Monday to test the timeout you suggested, and I found the problem is gone, no more timeout with IE, and i didnt change anything in nagios. I tried with the same guys that reported the issue..nothing, problem gone

Can I lock this up?
