Nagios XI notification handlers are not defined for this acc

My Notification Methods interface has a message:
Nagios XI notification handlers are not defined for this account.
XI notification handlers must be defined in the Core Config Manager for customized notification settings.
what I need to do?
what's the problem?

What changes were you attempting to make and where did you see this error?

I referenced the website of

I only know
xi_host_notification_handler and
xi_service_notification_handler must be set！
In addition, I also set up another two commands:
notify_host_by_mail and
notify_service_by_mail
When I revoked them and moved to Admin->Notification Options->Notification method,the message disappeared！
So，it is notify_host_by_mail and notify_service_by_mail caused this problem～～
