Did Nagios XI or network analyzer supported Fortigate to monitor sflow / netflow monitoring?

Yes, provided fortigate sends in a proper sflow or netflow format and not a separate proprietary alteration of either format, Network analyzer should work with any product that can send in the standard expected formats.

So Network analyzer does but not XI? Am I right?

Exactly! However Network Analyzer and XI do integrate with each other. NNA can do some checking on various statistics on data it recieves and send to XI, XI also has a component to pull graphs and other statistics from NNA. So they can work together, however you are right that XI does not handle or collect any flow data itself.
