Hey guys
just wanna know is there any bugs in the Nagios Core 4.0.2 ? because i just install 4.0.2 and able to pull the nagios page. When i tried to upload some host and services, and restart the nagios, it went smoothly. BUT on the UI, i am not able to see my host and services. I checked the logs and found this and then i google it where i got that there is a bug in the 4.0.2.
Thanks

Nagios is only showing localhost information right now even though i have added hostgroups and services. I tried ( /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg ) and didnt get any errors.
Could you post that output (of the verify)? You may not have included the new config files in the nagios.cfg.

1) Have you set up a new UI user, or are you using the nagiosadmin account?
2) Have you configured any services on these hosts? If not, you may want to configure at the very least a ping check.

I am using nagiosadmin account and i have setup services.cfg and hostgroups.cfg too.
How did you restart nagios service - did you use "stop/start", "restart" or "reload'? You can probably zip up the entire "/usr/local/nagios/etc/" directory and PM it to any of us on the Nagios tech team for a review.
