Upgraded two servers, no 'Finish Upgrade'

I just upgraded a 2.4 to 2.7 and a 2.6 to 2.7 and neither of them are giving me the 'Finish Upgrade' button when logging into them.

Hmmm. Did you see any errors/warnings when running the upgrade script?

Nope, both completed quickly and successfully.

Are both reporting 2.7 at the bottom of the XI web ui?

Nope, both reporting what version they were running. I went to admin and hit the check for updates and it still thinks they are on the old versions as well.

Also, nothing to do with the browser cache as I just tried from a browser I never use and same result.
