Nagios Core - Professional: Problem Deploying OVF Temlate

Hello,

We purchased Nagios Core - Professional Edition and I am trying to import it in VMware ESXi Version 5.1.0. Each time face the following issue:
"Failed to deploy OVF Package. The task was cancelled by a user."

Some other posts with the same issues point to the fact that the problem is because of a corrupted or incomplete package and I tried to download and import the new file again. Unfortunately this didn't solve the problem.

I even tried to unarchive the OVA file and import the OVF itself but the result was the same.

Is the file just not compatible with the version of ESXi I am using or the problem is somewhere else (ex. the OVF's certificate)?

Is it giving you an option to update the hardware on the vm? I would imagine ours are built with esx 4\4.1 or workstation 9, and might have the option to update hardware, which I would not suggest doing. Otherwise, I forget if it is possible, but I would highly suggest moving the ovf to the esx storage and try to import it locally. This would prevent potential network latency and upload issues that might happen. Finally if you would like, I'd be happy to post a few checksums of the pro version you are on so you can validate it is correct.

The OVF's should be completely compatible with ESXi 5.0+. You are just importing the OVF itself right? Not unzipping the contents? Are you specifically failing 99% of the way through the import process?
