Is there a roadmap of features/fixes for future Nagios XI releases?
Of particular interest are NagVis and SNMPTrap integration.

There is not a roadmap currently defined, although there are some general ideas of areas we'd like to address in the short term.
That said, outside of actual code development work mmestnik and I have been working at documenting and streamlining how to do certain things that seem to be in high demand. NagVis and SNMPTrap integration were high on that list. I finished what is quite likely to be the final draft of the NagVis document (which includes a script to do the actual installation and instructions of how to get started with it) last night, so after a few more checks you should see that published to the Library likely within a few days. For SNMP Traps, we also have a combination of scripts and documentation mostly ready to go on that, but discovered that creating the service for it in the proper fashion is a bit on the complicated side. Therefore, Ethan is working on a wizard for adding those services, and as I understand it he's gotten to the point where it seems to work but needs testing. However, since our wizards have in the past been host-focused rather than service-focused, this did require some changes to the XI codebase, which will likely be made available as a beta test sort of download shortly and included in a 1.2 release in the nearish but indeterminate future.
