connection could not be established within 60 seconds

Hi all,
I have some problems that I can't find solution for it.
I'm using Nagios 4.0.2 on CentOS 6.4.
I am running a Nagios Server and check the status of My SQL.
Some hosts show Critical error messages from November 11th.
The error messages show "connection could not be established within 60 seconds".
All other hosts working ok and all the hosts have installed and configure the same NSClient++.
In addition, I changed the config file from "notifications_enabled 1" to "notifications_enabled 0".
At the result the error messages only one time a day 00:00.
What should I do about the error?
